Hi I'm having problems updating my maxisys when I try to uddate I get a message that sais exiting diagnostic program and there was another problem that I wread a vin for a foed f150 and on the screan read explorer or montanier

today i have the same problem i cant read any VIN and when try to update i get the same massage ( exiting diagnostic program )

i open Ticket for it

Please go to Maxisys--Update page to install Beta v3.14.02, and check the result again, this beta is developed to fix such "exiting diagnostic program" problem.

I see my tool wants to download this version, but I can't download the fix, because the updater is causing the problem. Is there a way to hook the maxisys directly to the computer to download an update, instead of using the wifi option?
